Meet Angela
I am the embodiement of Alwayzshinin’ that I would love to see in the world—
Alwayzshinin' came from my own turbulence in life. Being in a dark place and not knowing how to get myself out of hardship. I was in survival mode most of my life. I didn’t have resources, the knowledge, or confidence. Then it all changed.
The possibility of radiance, spiritually connected and Alwayzshinin’. Now Im being the change I want to see in the world.
It in the sharing of our transformation is where the magic occurs.
My story began in the breathtaking landscapes of Colorado, where I spent formative years, eventually making my way to the vibrant city of Los Angeles on the west coast. Throughout my upbringing, I loved making people look and feel great with hair and makeup. It was during this time that my magical journey into the world of beauty and self-expression took off.
In 2004, the commitment to my craft I graduated from cosmetology school, solidifying skills and knowledge in the art of hairstyling. Fueling my creativity fire further, I pursued an Associate's Degree in fashion design & merchandising in 2010, broadening my horizons in the world of fashion.
However, my insatiable thirst for personal growth and unwavering desire to help others led me down a path of self-discovery and holistic healing. In 2018, I embarked on a transformative journey and became certified in Reiki energy healing and medicine women. This addition to my education deepened a understanding of the mind-body-Soul connection and ignited a newfound passion for providing healing and balance to those she serves.
My journey is marked by unwavering passion, commitment, and dedication to my craft. With every client, I like to bring forth my passion for creative artistry, uplifting spirits, and empowering individuals to embrace their authentic inner glow. My fusion of skills, expertise, and heartfelt compassion creates as a trusted guide and source of inspiration on the path to self-care, self-expression, and inner radiance.
Becoming a Hairdresser/ Men’s Groomer
While working at Barberdollz on Hollywood Boulevard the increase of men coming into the barbershop/salon created the need to sharpen and broaden her barber skills.
As she began to get recognized in the barber community, she was invited to attend Los Angeles barber events and barber competitions.
Hair Competitions
The hair competitions became a new hobby; this is when the vibe really started to kick off and her passion for her work started to shine! Currently traveling to different cities and states —and winning awards—she is making a name for herself.

Volunteer Work
Living in Los Angeles created a calling to help others, and this became an important part of her life. Angela has put together a long list of volunteer work:
Feeding and giving free haircuts to the homeless on Skid Row
Raising money for non-profit organizations such as the Dream Center
Giving free haircuts to a local foster care and recreational center for kids
Doing hair and makeup for women getting on their feet and looking for jobs.
Last but not least: creating and hosting women’s empowerment events and gatherings.
