Ten years ago, I was going through some really hard struggles—

Alwayzshinin' emerged from my experience as a single mother . I discovered that perseverance and maintaining a positive mindset were essential in overcoming those dark times. I was fortunate to gain valuable knowledge that transformed my life, and I feel blessed to have received inspiration from God during those hardships. It is my purpose to share these blessings with others. I believe that by elevating the frequency and quality of our individual lives, we can collectively reach higher levels of living

Meet Angela

Angela's story began in the breathtaking landscapes of Colorado, where she spent her formative years, eventually making her way to the vibrant city of Los Angeles on the west coast. Throughout her upbringing, her innate love for playing with hair and makeup ignited a deep passion within her. It was during this time that her magical journey into the world of beauty and self-expression truly took flight.

In 2004, Angela's commitment to her craft led her to graduate from cosmetology school, solidifying her skills and knowledge in the art of hairstyling. Fueling her creative fire further, she pursued an Associate's Degree in fashion design & merchandising in 2010, broadening her horizons in the world of aesthetics.

However, Angela's insatiable thirst for personal growth and her unwavering desire to help others led her down a path of self-discovery and holistic healing. In 2018, she embarked on a transformative journey and became certified in Reiki energy healing. This recent addition to her education deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection and ignited a newfound passion for providing healing and balance to those she serves.

Angela's inspiring journey is marked by her unwavering passion, commitment, and dedication to her craft. With every client, she brings forth her creative artistry, uplifting spirits, and empowering individuals to embrace their authentic beauty. Her fusion of skills, expertise, and heartfelt compassion makes her a trusted guide and source of inspiration on the path to self-care, self-expression, and inner radiance.

Becoming a Hairdresser/ Men’s Groomer

While working at Barberdollz on Hollywood Boulevard the increase of men coming into the barbershop/salon created the need to sharpen and broaden her barber skills.
As she began to get recognized in the barber community, she was invited to attend Los Angeles barber events and barber competitions.

Hair Competitions

The hair competitions became a new hobby; this is when the vibe really started to kick off and her passion for her work started to shine! Currently traveling to different cities and states —and winning awards—she is making a name for herself.

Volunteer Work

Living in Los Angeles created a calling to help others, and this became an important part of her life. Angela has put together a long list of volunteer work:

Feeding and giving free haircuts to the homeless on Skid Row

Raising money for non-profit organizations such as the Dream Center

Giving free haircuts to a local foster care and recreational center for kids

Doing hair and makeup for women getting on their feet and looking for jobs.

Last but not least: creating and hosting women’s empowerment events and gatherings.
